Financial or Distribution Report
Project financial reports or material resource distribution reports and proof of partner approval are attached here. As of December 2018, this space is included by default; projects entered prior to December 2018 may or may not have a separate Financial or Distribution Report node.
Note that for proof of partner approval of financial reports, emails or screenshots of emails with the necessary information are considered sufficient documentation. Please see this wiki for detailed requirements regarding financial reports and partner approval documentation.
To create folders for financial reports or material resource distribution reports, such as a folder for a specific fiscal year, navigate to the Financial or Distribution Report node, open the gear symbol drop-down menu and select Add Folder. Rename the folder something meaningful, such as FY20 Financial Reports.
To attach the report, navigate to the Financial or Distribution Report node, open the gear symbol drop-down menu and select Add Attached File. For instructions on how to attach files, see Attaching Files.
