Mostly the same as the Project Proposal project format. See Project Basics

 

The one difference is that for Project Format you will need to select Limited Project Proposal. This designation is used to determine what project entries are required for a project to be set to Active. New projects added will have a default value of Project Proposal format, so you should change it for Limited Projects.
