Until September 2020, Personnel records could be entered and edited in PlanWeb as a record of a person's time in a program. This data entry is now happening in the HR software, HRIS. Please contact HR with any questions about editing or updating personnel records in HRIS.
Personnel records in PlanWeb are kept up to date through a separate process and cannot be edited. (All data edits happen in HRIS.)
In PlanWeb, personnel records can only be linked (connected) to projects and partners.
To link personnel with a project see Link Personnel to a Project, and to link personnel with a partner see Personnel Secondments.
•Personnel with secondment assignments can be linked to the partner to whom they are seconded. This link will show up under both the partner and personnel records. The secondment dates are automatically set to a personnel's ROA dates. If the secondment dates are different from the ROA dates, you may edit them here, or in the "Linked to" section of the Partner node.
•You will see a project list (with start date and end date) which has been assigned to this person. Double clicking on any of the projects will take you to the particular project details screen.
If personnel end their time with MCC before a project ends, do not remove this link. Simply update the Personnel ROA date in HRIS. Keeping the link and having accurate ROA dates will ensure institutional memory.
