ROA is an acronym for Record of Agreement.

 

You will find ROA Start date and ROA End date in the Personnel screen. ROA Start date is when the agreement starts with the personnel and with MCC, and ROA End date is when the agreement ends with the personnel and with MCC.

 

For annually renewing National Staff, type an ROA end date of 12/31/2099. Always enter the date as numerals, even if the date is displayed with the name of the month (i.e. enter 12 for December; it may display as Dec). The displayed date format will depend on the Windows regional setting (for example, dd-MM-yyyy, MM-dd-yy, etc.).
