Personnel

Personnel data records are now kept up to date in the HR software, HRIS. Contact HR with questions about how to update personnel records there.

The only personnel information changed in PlanWin is the links between Personnel and Partners (like secondments), and the links between Personnel and Projects.

Linked to: This section is automatically filled when Personnel are linked to Project or Partner. The links to projects are for personnel working closely with the project. Personnel links to Partners are only for secondments; these links mark the Partner as an 'active' partner for the fiscal years the secondment takes place. When personnel leave MCC, do not remove these links; simply update their ROA end date in HRIS.
