The Fiscal Year selection is used to display relevant content for the specified year. This filter applies to projects, partners and personnel, which means that PlanWeb will only show the projects, partners or personnel that were active at any point during the selected fiscal year.
The intent is to show you the information you are most likely to be interested in. Change the fiscal year to see projects active for a different year. Or change the Selected Year to All, to show all data (that is, to not filter the content by fiscal year).
