To the left of your username in the top righthand corner of the screen, you will have the option to refresh the data cache.This may be needed for these situations:
•There is an update to the PlanWeb program recently and your locally stored version hasn't been refreshed yet. (Note it should eventually automatically refresh itself).
•If you encounter an error, try refreshing the data cache first to see if the error is resolved.
